Executive coaching – preparation creates confidence and security
Every leader, company and organisation has its own unique challenges. I offer executive coaching tailored to the target group, based on your organisation, your needs and the situations you may face.
With experience of leading and supporting VIPs and leaders ahead of media appearances and demanding situations, I know the value of listening, preparing and practising. The key is to be prepared before the crisis strikes. That requires media training through executive coaching.
Through personal conversations, strategic preparation and realistic exercises, we build confidence, clarity and the ability to act. Because when it really matters, you should not have to improvise – you should be prepared.

Ulf’s background
Ulf has extensive experience of leadership, strategic advice and communication in complex and demanding environments. He has worked for a minister, advised leaders at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and the European Commission’s Secretariat-General, and been a member of the management teams of two EU bodies. In total he has worked internationally for the EU for fifteen years, plus a further ten years in the private sector, advising organisations as well as the boards and managers of companies and trade associations.
This broad experience has given Ulf a deep understanding of the challenges of leadership and of the importance of communicating clearly, making well-founded decisions and acting with confidence when a lot is at stake.
